What You Bring & Who You Are: 🎓 Qualifications: University degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience. 💡 Financial Knowledge: Understanding of financial markets and products. 💼 Proven Experience: Building Trading and Modeling tools in financial environments. ⚛️ React Experience: 5-8 years of expertise in React development and state management with Context API. 🌐 RxJs Pro: Proficient in Reactive Programming and State Management using Reactive Extensions. ☁️ Cloud DevOps & CI/CD: Skilled in state-of-the-art CI/CD tooling and principles. 🗣️ English Proficiency: For seamless global collaboration. 🤝 Excellent Communication: Liaise directly with Business users, Product Owners, Developers, and Designers. 🔄 Agile Mindset: Embrace Agile Methodologies like Scrum or Kanban. 🔧 Bonus Skills: State Management with Redux or Mobx, Backend experience, and Testing/SDET background (Playwright, Cypress, Selenium…).
