We’re a globally distributed team of remote developers, and as we continue to grow, we’re looking for a technically strong individual to help support our hiring coordination and project communication efforts.
This role focuses on assisting with recruiter calls, technical interviews, and ongoing project coordination.
⭐ Role Overview
We are seeking a developer with 2–4 years of professional experience in one of the following areas:
JavaScript (React, Vue.js, Angular, Node.js)
Python (Django, Flask, FastAPI)
C# / .NET (ASP.NET, .NET Core)
PHP (Laravel, Symfony)
CRM (Salesforce, SAP/4Hana, ServiceNow, Zoho, Hubspot, etc)
Your Responsibilities:
Participate in recruiter and HR screening calls
Join and support technical interview discussions
Assist in live coding sessions when required
Represent our team professionally in video meetings
Coordinate communication between our developers and clients
Maintain clear updates on project status
Step in during client meetings when necessary
You will not be responsible for sourcing LinkedIn job opportunities - that will be handled internally. Your focus is on interview support and project coordination.
⭐ Requirements
Fluent English (C1 level or higher)
Strong technical foundation in one of the listed stacks
Comfortable in live video interviews and technical discussions
Ability to perform in live coding environments if required
Strong communication and professional presence
Basic project management experience
⭐ Compensation Structure
Compensation is milestone-based.
Once a long-term placement or active project engagement is secured and stable, an additional $1,000 - $2,000 monthly performance-based compensation will be provided.
