Fluent English-Speaking Technical Partner (Remote)

Company Overview: We are a fast-growing software outsourcing startup founded in 2024. Our business operates primarily within the U.S or Brazil, Europe., with projects outsourced to a global network of talented agencies and developers. We acquire most of our clients through Upwork and LinkedIn, where we have an established presence. As a remote-first company, our distributed development team often works on multiple projects simultaneously. Due to the workload and varying English proficiency levels of our developers, we’re seeking a reliable Fluent English-Speaking Technical Partner to represent our team in client-facing meetings and help us drive project acquisition and retention. Role Overview: This is a unique, flexible opportunity ideal for an experienced software developer who prefers non-coding, client-facing responsibilities. You’ll act as the public face of our development team, attending client meetings on behalf of our developers, presenting technical ideas clearly, and helping manage ongoing projects. Responsibilities:  Attend client meetings (initial and ongoing) under a team member's name, representing our agency professionally.  Participate in project introduction, technical scoping, and cultural alignment calls.  Help secure new projects by clearly articulating our technical capabilities and team value.  Answer client questions during meetings, including live technical and coding assessments (via screen sharing).  Maintain project communication and act as a liaison between the client and development team.  Support project success by understanding requirements and ensuring alignment between clients and internal developers. Qualifications:  Fluent English speaker — this is a strict requirement.  2+ year experience in software development preferred (any stack — full stack, frontend, backend, mobile, etc.).  Strong communication skills and a professional demeanor in client-facing environments.  Ability to articulate complex technical concepts in a clear and client-friendly manner.  Comfortable attending meetings under another team member’s name and representing their technical role.  Familiarity with common development tools and practices (Agile, Git, cloud platforms, modern tech stacks).  Availability to join video meetings in U.S. time zones as needed.
