SysOps & Cloud Administrator (Azure)

Job Description: As SysOp, he is responsible for deploying, monitoring, and maintaining the company's Azure cloud infrastructure, including core compute, storage, network, and security-related services, ensuring a high level of availability. Additionally, as part of the IT team, it offers support and assistance in the operational tasks that are required. Responsabilities: • Participate in all standard team meetings • Monitors Network & Security operations including infrastructure and systems alerts and logs • Monitor the usage of resources either on-premises resources • Monitor the CI/CD running activities on production to ensure functional correctness • Manage cost distribution based on CI/CD usage and make proposals to optimize and reduce infrastructure costs • Finetune and configure the system by adding new on premises resources • Identify any weakness areas in the running CI pipeline and provide solutions • Raise flag upon any production down incidents and take needed actions when applicable • Approve new CI / CD deployments on production after verifying the level of standardization • Ensure CI / CD compliance with security policies • Respond to issues through ticketing system and provide end to end resolution within defined SLA • Report set of defined KPIs to assess the platform health and the service level • Contribute effectively in the continuous improvement of the project, team, and work environment by submitting improvement proposals whenever possible. • Provide the necessary support for the other members of the IT team and the rest of the company's employees. Other responsibilities: • Guarantee connectivity and high availability in communication with the Partners integrated in the solution. • Manage and offer the necessary support with third-party applications used by the Company. • Document and show evidence of the implementation of the policies and procedures defined for ICT in order to be presented to the auditors.
