Odoo Consultant for Technical Support and Process Optimization

Our company is currently seeking an experienced and specialized Odoo Consultant to enhance the optimization of our Odoo implementations and internal processes. Although we currently work with a partner who provides support, we have identified a critical need to improve response times and agility in addressing our requirements. Therefore, we are looking to hire an independent consultant who can offer expert advice, resolve technical issues, and provide training in key areas of the Odoo system. Key Responsibilities: • Provide specialized consultancy and technical support for the Odoo system, focusing on system configuration and the implementation of new features. • Assist in the creation of a ticketing system to manage incidents and ensure more efficient and personalized attention. • Address technical concerns and offer tailored solutions to improve the company’s ERP operations. • Collaborate with internal teams to improve the overall efficiency and speed of Odoo processes, adapting to the company’s specific needs. Requirements: • Proven experience working with Odoo, with deep knowledge of system configuration and technical aspects. • Ability to implement and customize new features within Odoo. • Experience with support ticket systems and optimizing response times. • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to provide clear, actionable advice and training. • Excellent communication skills and the ability to adapt to dynamic and specific business needs.
